Our combined 50 years of experience as English teachers and course directors in a wide range of English language schools has proven to us that a personalised immersion course is the only type that can guarantee tangible results in a short period of time, for anyone at any level.

We established DialoguE-AngloScene with that specific goal in mind: to offer personalised, one-to-one English immersion courses.

Unlike group and general programmes, where you have to adapt to the course, we tailor-make the course for you. This guarantees that you will:

• learn only what you need
• work at your own pace
• follow your own learning style

At the start of your programme, the course director will discuss your language needs and priorities with you and design a personalised content for your course. You are then coached every step of the way towards reaching your objectives. Through the coaching process you will also discover how to continue to practise and further improve after your stay.

The main key to success is that this effective learning programme is combined with a true immersion experience. For the duration of your stay, you hear and speak English from morning till bedtime: during the breaks and meals (always in the company of your coach), during your visits to Rye and also during the time you spend relaxing or studying in your room (equipped with radio, TV and DVD player).

To make your immersion experience as personalised and as enjoyable as your learning programme, we welcome you at our own home, and accept a maximum of 3 participants a week.  In this way you become a member of the family.  And if you are wondering how you will survive on English food, you can rest assured that you will have a most enjoyable culinary experience of tasting excellent home-made food from all corners of the world.

As for our location, it is not by chance that we have chosen the historic town of Rye, which is only a 10-minute walk from the house. You will love this small quaint town with its friendly shop-keepers and pub-owners. And getting here is easy:   An average of 2 hours’ drive from all major UK airports, and only half an hour by car or train from the EuroTunnel arrival point in the UK.
