Located in Roslindale, a lovely New England Village, within the vibrancy and diversity of Boston, Boston School of English has successfully been helping students for over 80 years to improve their Language skills.
BSML is different in many ways. BSML offers classes on 12 levels, tailored to the needs of our international students. We provide our own teaching books, which consecutively build from one level to the next. Behind the antique walls of our stunning building you will find modern technology and teaching methods that help the student to reach their individual goals.
We offer courses, ranging from intensive and semi-intensive general English, over intensive one-on-one courses to executive classes and special family and children programs in the summertime.
The summer and group programs offer not only fun English classes, but also an interesting variety of activities. We organize trips to New York, Maine or Rhode Island as well as school parties und tours to the wonderful beaches along the Massachusetts coast. From whale watching in the summer to skiing trips in the winter – we try to make studying at BSML an unforgettable experience.
BSML provides an attractive variety of student housing. The choices range from shared rooms in an apartment over private rooms within an apartment to staying with a host family. All apartments are owned by BSML and within walking distance to the school. Business people and Executives find the perfect accommodation in one of our exquisite studios or suites in the Buckingham Apartments in Boston’s wonderful Back Bay, right on Commonwealth Avenue.
Boston is certainly one of America’s most interesting and diverse cities. The best American English is spoken here! It is a world, combining European flair and modern America in a wonderful way. Whether you follow New England’s eventful history along the Freedom Trail or enjoy a stroll along Charles River into the lovely neighborhood of Cambridge or simply “shop ‘til you drop” in the various enticing shops in the Back Bay – you will always be amazed by Boston’s charm and diversity.
