This exchange programme is open to human resource managers, especially those involved in vocational training program management and planning, trainers and occupational guidance specialists and language instructors and mentors.

The programme is only open to public and/or private bodies and institutions involved in vocational training (higher education institutions and organizations) - private individuals are not allowed to apply for funding under Leonardo.

The list of national agencies which provide assistance in finding suitable project partners, giving guidance and advice on the submission of applications and other matters, and providing feedback on the way the programme is functioning can be found on:
