IALB (International Association Language and Business)

IALB is an association of professionals active in the fields of language for special purposes (business/economics), training of language professionals and translation and terminology. The aim of IALB is to further the knowledge and use of foreign languages in trade and industry. Therefore, IALB supports the cooperation between trade, industry and research by promoting the cooperation of research and training institutions, and by promoting the teaching and learning of foreign languages and cultures in institutions like business schools, technical universities and economics faculties.
