Språkprøven i norsk for voksne innvandrere (Intermediate Level)
The Norwegian Examination for Adults was developed by the Ministry of Church Affairs, Education and Science and requires skills in written and oral language.
Structure
- Reading; consists of approximately 20 open-end questions based on different texts of various subjects and length
- Writing; consists writing a short text or letter and an essay
- Listening; consists of approximately 20 open-end questions based on three narratives, dialogues or interviews
- Speaking; speaking about everyday topics and recounting an event
Results
The passed exam is awarded with a pass (Threshold level of the Common European Framework) or pass with credit grade (Vantage level of the Common European Framework).
