Studieprøven
The Studieprøven is administered by the Danish Language Testing Consortium (DLTC) and corresponds to level C1 of the Council of Europe's Effective Operational specification. It provides a high-level final qualification for non-native speakers of Danish wishing to study at Danish higher education institutions and is recognized as a Danish language entrance requirement for foreign students.
Structure
- Reading; there are three compulsory sections including short-answers and gap-filling tasks based on multiple-choice or paragraph level (90 minutes)
- Writing; Candidates have to choose one compulsory task out of three, and write 400 words (three hours)
- Listening; this section comprises of a long monologue read aloud and a dictation with 40 items (60 minutes)
- Speaking; this section of the exam includes a presentation of a specific topic and a conversation with two examiners
Results
Scores range from 0-13.
