Prøve i Dansk 1
The examination is offered by the Danish Language Testing Consortium (DLTC). The level of difficulty corresponds to level A2 of the Council of Europe's Waystage for the written examination and Threshold B2 for the oral examination.
Structure
- Reading; there are two compulsory sections including matching, multiple-choice, short answer and gap filling (90 minutes)
- Writing; there are three compulsory tasks including gap-filling tasks and a composition of a semi-formal message and an informal message (60 minutes)
- Oral communication; candidates will be tested in pairs and must answer question about themselves, hold a short monologue and talk about a selected topic
Results
There are two separate scores; one given for the reading/writing section and another for the oral part which counts double. Scores range from 0-13.
