US-Visit Programme: From 5 January 2004, the US-Visit Programme came into effect and as a result fingerprints and photos of all the travellers entering or leaving the country are required. An exception to the US-Visit Programme Visa Waiver Programs are people who possess a Green Card. From 30 September 2004 fingerprints and photos is also required.

Transit: Transit Without Visa has been indefinitely suspended as of 2 August 2003. All passengers using US airports for transit purposes are now required to obtain a transit visa.

Recommendations: Please contact the local Embassy for the newest changes and requirements for the different types of visas.
